A marketplace runs on trust — here is what leads to a penalty.
What counts
- No-show — missing the booking without notice.
- No post — not publishing the review within the deadline after the visit.
- Guide breach — ignoring the mission requirements or the disclosure.
Suspension thresholds
- 1st — Warning. It’s recorded, but there’s no restriction on activity.
- 2nd — 7-day suspension. Applying and being selected is restricted during the suspension.
- 3rd — 30-day suspension.
- 4th and beyond — Permanent suspension. Re-registration is restricted.
What happens
Penalties affect your TS grade and future selection odds. Reliable activity, in turn, earns grade and priority.

FAQ
- Is a penalty permanent?
- No. Once the suspension period ends you can be active again, and your grade recovers with reliable activity afterward. But if it repeats, the suspension gets longer and you slip further down in selection.
- If I suddenly can’t go, is it always a penalty?
- No. One message to the owner before the date settles it penalty-free. See [Cancelling a campaign].
