Cancelling a campaign
Selected but something came up? How to cancel quickly and courteously.
Tell us as early as you can
If you can no longer visit, let the owner know before the date. The owner can offer the slot to another insider.
A no-show without notice leads to a penalty. One courteous message is all it takes.
How to cancel
- Open the campaign on My page (/my) and send the owner a cancellation message.
- The message is auto-translated, so just write in your language.
If you need more time
If you only need to move the date, propose an extension to the owner instead of cancelling. If they agree, only the schedule changes — your selection stays.
An extension is at the owner’s discretion — the sooner you ask, the likelier it is granted.
