Venues can invite you. They can't buy a rating, a grade, or a TS Certified badge. That's why being invited means something.

Our promise & penalties

A system to keep both sides honest

Penalties keep Insiders and venues to their word — so being invited stays meaningful for everyone.

  • 00 — full access
  • 11 — 7-day suspension
  • 22 — 30-day suspension
  • 33 — permanent ban

What counts as a penalty

  • Not submitting your published review (content) link after the experience
  • Booking a visit and not showing up
  • Cancelling after selection (5 cancellations = 1 penalty)

Venues are held to the same standard — break the promise and campaigns get restricted. It cuts both ways.
